Why are some of my accounts in red?

The red font is a visual indicator that the account is past due and needs immediate attention.

 

Where can I see all of my accounts?

The Accounts menu has a complete list of all your accounts. Closed accounts no longer appear on Online Services.

If you have numerous accounts, the Search box can be used to quickly find your account.

To sort account information, click on the column headings. The symbol next to the header indicates whether the column is in ascending or descending order.

 

Are nicknames required for my accounts?

No, a nickname is optional.

 

How can I obtain a statement of my accounts?

Click on the printer icon to obtain a pdf statement of your accounts.

 

I want to download my account information. What should I do?

Click on the download icon (arrow pointing to line) to obtain a data file.

How do I change my primary address or phone number?

Click on the Customer Service menu option to contact us by email or phone.


How do I change the email address for my Online Services account?

  1. Select Profile at the top of the screen.
  2. Select the Change Email tab and follow the prompts to update.


I no longer wish to receive email notifications. How can I stop them?

  1. Select Profile at the top of the screen.
  2. Select the Notifications Details tab and de-select the optional notifications.
