I forgot my username. What should I do?

1. In the Manage My Account box, click on the Click Here button.
2. Click on the Continue button.
3. Click on the “Forgot your Login Name” link.
4. Enter the email address associated with your username and click Submit button.
5. Your username will be sent to you at the registered email address.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

1. In the Manage My Account box, click on the Click Here button.
2. Click on the Continue button.
3. Click on the “Forgot Password” link.
4. Enter your Login Name and click Submit button.
5. Answer your security questions.
6. Enter a new password that meets the security rules.
